All orders undergo processing unless otherwise specified in the product description. As certain items are custom-made at our headquarters, we must confirm successful payment before fulfillment. Payment processing time is distinct from the duration it takes for a shipment to reach its destination post-fulfillment. Once processing is finalized, you will promptly receive a tracking number. Please be aware that the tracking number will update once the package is received by USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc., and successfully processed through their system.

The majority of orders are processed within 12-16 business days, with an additional 3-5 days allocated for shipping depending on your location. Our shipments are handled by third-party carriers such as USPS, FedEx, & UPS. To ensure timely delivery, it is crucial that your address is accurately entered with all pertinent information, including correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers. PLUG VZN and its subsidiaries cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, incorrectly addressed, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our headquarters and is in the possession of the carrier, we relinquish control.
